When buying a home you need to remember that you are not going to live your rest of your life in the same house. You may find a great home that suits your every need, including your budget. If you really want the home you may end up buying it, and hoping that everything works out; and it may work for you. But what happens if the neighborhood continues to rapidly decline? In turn,it may be complicated when you go to resell this real estate . This will lead to losing money on the deal in the long run. And anytime that you lose money on real estate you should not be happy with yourself. Overall, you need to buy real estate with the idea that you may have to sell it sooner or later.
